She heard a scream in the forest
A scream like she had never heard before....
She hobbled to her window to try to hear what was happening next
only to find her friends, the birds, chirping not so soundly as she had remembered.
Although she could not see them, she could tell that they had been injured,
as their chirps were not that of morning glory, but that of a death rattle.
She felt for the windowsill, expectantly reaching out to desperately help,
only to find the last twitchings of her avian friends in their final moments......
Once more, and for the final time, she heard a scream,
but this scream was not the same one she had heard before....
this was a scream based around pleasure, based around debasement,
coming from the direction of her friend, the porridge maker.
She knew straight away that the whispers she had heard from her friends,
the animals and the trees in the woods, was really true...
finally making its' presence known in the world.
She also knew it would be the last time
she ever got to taste that delicious porridge.
Hurryingly she grasped for her talisman, the ancient lamplight,
and upon striking its wick, a warm glow was cast across her humble abode.
Shuffling toward the altar in front of the fire, she cast her bones
chanting for the loss of an innocent,
the innocent whose screams she had so sadly heard...
before casting out a spell that would certainly attract the attention of a hero,
one who could help her smite down the growing evil she could feel.
She could feel a presence within the spell....
someone trying to contact her? or someone for whom the message could reach?
It was one of test tubes and molecules, knowledge....science.....
....and... Morrisons.....?
together perhaps they could seek the secret
to unmasking and defeating the darkness coming ever closer
to her safe sanctuary within the forest.........
WESTWOOD THE WOODLAND WONDER wears showpiece cape by Bora Aksu,
broom headpiece from China, ballrings from a Xmas Cracker
Silently she searches the woods for her friends.....
G.L.A.M - O.R.O.U.S....... glamorous. Just like Fergie
She calls to her woodland friends with her magic wooden whistle
Her cape in action at LFW from BORA AKSU
She lights the way for the woods
Her transparent shoes are like her vision....
she may not see what is in front of her,
but she can transparently see beyond what you do!
